Wayne Mardle just pulled off one of the best darts trick shots we’ve ever seen to beat Fallon Sherrock in a friendly game on his YouTube show, Club 501.
Over the years Wayne Mardle has become one of the familiar faces of darts but in the last decade, it’s been more so away from the oche than on it.
While Hawaii 501 is a former professional darts player, he is arguably better known as a commentator and presenter for the PDC and Sky.
We’re not knocking his game, he’s a four time World Championship semi-finalist and a World Matchplay runner-up.
All during a time when Taylor was just dominating anyone and everyone so Mardle had a more than respectable career!
His energy and lively personality has allowed him to shine as a presenter though, especially striking up a good partnership with co-host Emma Payton in recent years.
We can’t lie though, he has a Marmite effect on fans who either love him or hate him…
He’s taken his talents over to YouTube recently and in partnership with William Hill he is now hosting a new series called Club 501.
It’s basically a chat with guests, both darts and non-darts players, where they throw darts and chat.
He plays each guest in a leg of 501 but with his most recent guest, Fallon Sherrock, Mardle hits a shot that should be going completely viral…

Wayne Mardle Hits Double 4 by Blowing the Dart!
Mardle said Sherrock is the better player so he wanted to throw first to have a chance.
He kicked off though with a 100 and 140 score, meanwhile Sherrock was struggling and only registered a 41 and 83.
Now, Sherrock was wearing a jacket that was surely restricting her throw so she wasn’t exactly in match mode…
The game went on and both players then started to struggle with their scoring but eventually Mardle got down a finish on 80 but missed a shot at the double and left 39 while Fallon put herself on 40.
This is where Mardle started to get serious and hit a single 3 to leave his preferred D18, but before throwing Fallon says: “blow it in.”
For those that didn’t know, Mardle’s trick shot is that he can blow darts with some degree of accuracy and arguably, he can blow them better than many can throw them!
It’s a great move for exhibitions but as soon as Fallon said that he didn’t waste any time taking her up on the offer.
He had an attempt but fell short and hit single 13 so went back to throwing normally.
Both missed multiple attempts at a finish with Mardle even miscounting on one of his attempts but then after leaving himself on D9 (eventually) he fancied another attempt at his trick shot…
It fell very short again though hitting single 8, but not to be deterred, Mardle had one more attempt at the trick shot and 👇

He persevered and that is one of the best shots at a finish we’ve ever seen!
It’s one thing to hit the board when blowing a dart but to legitimately hit a double that you are aiming for, take a bow 👏
Comments were quick to praise the shot and we bet Fallon is regretting telling him to try that trick shot now because it seriously backfired for her!
